Industrial Lamination Pads

Cardel Lamination Pads are available in small to large sizes for a wide range of industrial applications such as PCB, MDF, Solar Panel and Fuel cell production. They are produced in single or multiple material formats that are designed to ensure that our customers can achieve the highest possible product quality and Yield with minimum waste.

Durability is designed into each Pad construction to provide Long life with minimal degradation or loss of performance in all operating temperature, pressure and cycle time combinations.

Cardlam C220
Grey reinforced Silicone pad designed to offer smooth and rapid heat flow while providing even pressure compensation reinforced Top and Bottom with Silicone impregnated glass fibre to release static and provide easy handling. 
Available in widths up to 1.6m, length to 25m and thickness to 6mm.
Deliver reliable quality performance of the end product cycle after cycle.

Cardlam 230 & Copsil
Brass or Copper wire mesh Pad with embedded Silicone.
This Pad format provides our highest heat conductivity speed that is balanced with even cushioning and pressure compensation across the Pad.
Widely used in Furniture and composite lamination

Cardlam 220 RS/WS
Manufactured in silicone with a glass -fibre reinforced centre that delivers smooth heatflow and balanced pressure compensation, these pads are available with either smooth outer surfaces or a range of surface textures for direct pad to product lamination.
The technical construction of these pads is ideally suited to honeycomb product lamination and they are very often used in direct Pad to Product lamination environments where the surface smoothness / texture of the Pad is transferred to the product after Lamination to remove onward processing requirements.

Cardlam C220
Grey silicone Lamination Pad with silicone coated fibre re-inforcement to the outer sides to improve handling, reduce static and provide extended lifetime to the Pad.
Standard thickness of 2mm and available in thickness from 0.7mm to 6mm
Recommended for applications with continuous temperatures of up to 180 degrees celsius

Cardlam 230 / Copsil
Brass or Copper wire pad with Silicone embedded to provide pressure compensation.
Highly durable and long lasting these Pads are available with 8, 9, 11, 13 or 15 wire thread counts to provide customisation that meets the end application requirements.
Recommend for operation in Temperatures under pressure of up to 220 degrees
The combination of metal / silicone construction enables a cycle count in excess of 10,000 to be achievable subject only to handling and control of the operating environment.

Cardlam WS/RS
Silicone material with a glass fibre centre reinforcement layer for handling and static control.
The Pads can be supplied to our customers in thickness ranging from 0.8mm to 5mm
Standard Shore A hardness of 60 (+/- 0.5), alternative Shore hardness products available by request,
Available in Smooth surfaces, textured surface options or a combination of both.
