Investment in the future and in high technologies remains very important for Cardel and in 2022 we acquired ownership of the business and assets of VTT GmBH, the world’s largest manufacturer of ultra-high technology security lamination plates used in the manufacturing of Identity Cards, Driving Licences, Citizenship cards and Passport Data Pages.

This gives Cardel the ability to support the aspirations of our existing and new customers by providing them with access to these highly technical products.

In 2022 we have invested heavily in technology to support innovation in this product range and we will continue to do so in 2023 to develop even more secure new technologies to further enhance these products.

As the business continues to mature and grow, we are now actively selling the Cardel / VTT range of products into many new sectors including (but not limited to) companies that operate in PCB, Fuel Cell, MDF, Automotive, Aerospace, Composite and Solar Panel lamination.

We look forward to another 25 years of growth based on continuing to supply the high quality products on which our customers rely while growing further into new sectors and developing new and exciting products.
