Our pre-laid magnetic stripes offer exceptional reliability and precision for card production. Designed for seamless integration, they ensure ease-of-use and accurate placement – making them ideal for financial cards, IDs, and other magnetic stripe cards. Lo-Co, Hi-Co in 8.4 and 12.7 are standard for our stripes, and we offer customisation options including a wide range of standard colours, bespoke Pantone colours, and text, logo and design printing.
Cardel also provides high-quality lamination plates, press pads, and cassettes, chip bonding adhesives, core sheets, overlays, and more for the production of cards.

Cardel Pre-laid Overlay with mag stripe is available in reel or sheet format, Coated or un-Coated and with / without Laser personalisation additives.
We work closely with existing and new customers to understand their Printing equipment, Ink supplier and ink type to ensure that our coated overlays provide industry highest bond / peel strength.
Our coatings are specifically formulated for standard offset Litho, Waterless offset Litho, HP Indigo and Laser toner printed inks.
Our customers are continually looking to provide innovative solutions and Cardel supports these aspirations by ensuring that we develop and offer new solutions that allow them to offer their end customers early access to such products.
